What time is check-in and what time is check-out?

Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is until 12:00.

Can we come early?

If you arrive earlier and your room is not ready, we will be happy to welcome you in our restaurant Honoria, lunch is from 13:00, or you can take a walk in our castle park.

Can we bring a dog?

Yes, Chateau Herálec is dog friendly but there is a fee of 500 CZK.

What are the opening hours of the Spa?

The opening hours of our spa are from 7:00 to 22:00. Only between 12:00-13:00 the saunas and the swimming pool are closed for maintenance and cleaning.

Do we need a reservation for the restaurant?

As a guest you do not need a reservation for the restaurant, we will have a table ready for you.

What are the parking options?

We have private outdoor parking right on our premises.

Is it possible to stay with a pet?

Yes, pets are welcome, but we do ask for advance notice. The pet fee is 500 CZK.

Do you have a charging station for an electric car?

Yes, an electric vehicle charging station is available in our car park. The charge for charging an electric car is between 400-800 CZK depending on the model of the car.

If we bring our own bikes, is it possible to store them with you?

We will be happy to store your bikes in our bike shop where they will be safe.

Where can I find a menu of massages, how far in advance do I need to book them?

The list of massages can be found in our Spa page, and massages must be booked at least one day in advance.

How far in advance to order a hot tub?

If you prefer a specific time, we recommend booking the hot tub as soon as possible. Reservations can also be made directly at reception or at the spa, but may be fully booked.

Are there bathrobes in the room?

Yes, bathrobes and slippers are available in the room.

What are your payment options?

You can pay in cash in Czech crowns and Euros or by card. We would like to inform you that there is no ATM nearby and you cannot exchange money with us.
