We have once again fine-tuned our special offer for October to include classic dishes. Those who visit the castle in October can already look forward to roast wild boar with potato dumplings! The guys in the kitchen regularly let their hair down and plan challenging dishes with ease for the monthly special. Our seasonal menu is always a showcase of delicacies in a sophisticated style, but the monthly specials are something else entirely. In this case, potato specials. The kitchen team, led by chef Michael Zapalač, will confirm that even ordinary "pub" food can be an exceptional gastronomic experience. In October, we will be mixing a special pink lemonade at the Agasia bar, with proceeds from its sale going to the Loono account.
